Ever wonder what that delicious southern sauce that we put on our sausage rolls and Cajun fries is? While we aren’t ready to put out our recipe for our secret bayou sauce, we are ready to give you this VERY simple and delicious recipe for our southern sauce! Chef Bradley grew up using this sauce for dipping, drizzling, and dunking just about everything. In his opinion, anything food is a vessel for sauce. Without further ado, here’s that recipe!

SOUTHERN SAUCE

1/2 cup Vegenaise vegan mayo (regular mayo can be used)

1/4 cup spicy brown mustard

1 tbsp Tabasco hot sauce

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until completely incorporated! It’s that simple and goes amazing with almost anything! Enjoy.
